This dance studio is the most fun you'll have exercising evah! They have "Sweaty Sundays" where you can dance your heart out with no judgement.

GET DOWN with Ryan Heffington's now infamous Sweaty Sundays or Wet Wednesdays all-levels dance class. For me, the best class, hands-down is LOU BECKER'S MAT PILATES CLASS Mon & Wed from 7-8PM.
