If you're a birder .. just 2 miles from here a sweet little walk around the ponds. Bring your binocs. You might see eagles, heron, various duck varieties and lots of other birds.

Easy bike ride or Drive. This has a great flat trail around the lake. Great mellow hike for kids and or adults who enjoy a slower pace. The lake has resident Blue Heron and owls. This is also a put in for canoeing or Kayaking on the slough.
