If you can time your arrival, definitely take the scenic route and stop by Wild Flour Bread. Incredible artisan bread seemingly in the middle of nowhere? Beautiful gardens on site and delicious and creative breads will make your stay at the river house. For savory, the daily Fougasse never disappoints. For sweet, we love the "Bohemian" - a sticky bread with orange, apricot and pecans. The super seed and other sourdough breads also make great sandwiches. Their scones, particularly those with big chunks of marzipan...mmmmmm! Only open a few days a week so make sure to check their hours before planning your trip around it.

All organic, heirloom grains, lovely garden to visit. This is simply the best bread, and very ample selection. Gluten free and vegan selections also.
