While the Victorian Gothic-style exterior of Music City's signature building is lovely, the interior is fabulous! True to its origin as a tabernacle, the "Mother Church of Country Music" 's interior looks like a magnificent church, right down to stained glass windows and pew seating! A trip to Nashville is not quite complete without visiting The Ryman Auditorium. If you can't get tickets to a show, it's worth doing a tour.
