PV is known for its arts scene and the many sculptures that line the Malecon (boardwalk) are a highlight. The boy riding the seahorse is one of the favorites.

One of the most famous statues and opposite the Old City Hall. Go visit on Sunday evenings and see the Mexican families walking the Malecon and the folk dancing at the band stand.
