Now THIS was an experience. Ever wanted to be a guest on Top Chef? At Nomad, your Top Chef dreams will all come true! The tasting menu was definitely pricey, but compared to other tasting menus in big cities or even compared to other restaurants in Portland with James Beard award winning chefs, Nomad gives you way more value. Pro-tip: Make sure to show up hungry, because they give you a LOT of food over the whole course!
