An alternative to Treasure Island Beach is Gulfport Beach. It is the same distance, is very relaxing and has free parking.

Go for brunch in Gulfport. Walk around and enjoy lots of local arts and crafts on display, historic homes and quaint restaurants -- and have a great view of the sailboats.

This beach is super close to where you are staying. You'll find everything you need in our rental to head over and spend the day. Hang out with the locals and walk over to one of the many restaurants and bars that are right on the beach.
