The rooftop patio bar at The Waters Hotel is quite a sight!! Located next door to the Ohio Club, it’s a great stop for a cocktail with a view!

Cool Place, Classy & Fun! This is a Boutique Hotel that has been restored. They have both a restaurant and a Rooftop Patio/Bar. Really Neat Place! The restaurant is Upscale whereas the Rooftop Bar is a Relaxed Setting… the Food is Great, but if upscale is not your vibe, feel free to just head to the Rooftop for Cocktails and The VIEW of Downtown! This recommendation is for the restaurant on the roof of the Waters Hotel called THE ROOFTOP. There's another restaurant in the hotel called The Avenue. The Rooftop is THE BEST view in town. There is a bar & the food menu is mostly sandwhiches, soup and salad.
