雖然位置遠離鬧區，但老鋪生意不減興隆。使用自釀古早味豆油發酵180天以上，再日曝存藏陳年，方使用於豬肉乾中。招牌杏仁豬肉紙僅薄0.02公分，甚至必須人工裝袋以免破碎。來到店內，一牆紅色包裝， 更襯得肉紙油亮美味。 Though it is some distance from downtown, business at the old shop is still thriving. The soy sauce they use in their pork jerky is made by themselves, fermented for 180 days then solarized and aged. Their signature almond pork paper is only 0.02 cm thin and has to be manually bagged so it doesn't break. With the red packaging on the walls, the pork paper looks even more inviting.
