"The Seven Hanging Valleys" was elected the most beautiful walking trail of Europe in 2019 ! Such a special energy on these cliffs, gives an amazing energy and peace of mind at the same time ! My absolute top favorite thing to do !

One of the most famous routes is the O Percurso dos Sete Vales Suspensos trail, extends for around 5 km from Praia de Centianes to Praia da Marinha. This trail follows the finest coastline of the Algarve and offers a challenging hiking trail. Don’t forget your walking boots!

THE SEVEN HANGING VALLEYS hiking route is one of the most scenic hiking route in the Algarve. A 6 km trail along cliffs and down to beaches. Beautiful scenery.
