FernyBrook Cottage is located right next to Purling Brook Falls and the walking trails and magnificent views of Springbrook World Heritage National Park. It is a quaint and cosy, timber-lined, mountain chalet-style cottage, set amongst peaceful rain-forest gardens, with its beautiful babbling brook providing a haven for bird life and nature study. The Cottage is fully self contained, has a cosy wood fire (wood supplied), reverse cycle air conditioning and a comfy queens-sized bed upstairs.

A perfect place to escape for the weekend! After a scenic drive up the mountain, hear the rosellas and whip birds as you arrive, and warm up by a wood fire. Inside you will find 3 bedrooms, and an open plan kitchen and living room. There is a modern bathroom with large bathtub. We’ve chosen not to have a TV at the cabin so you can unplug and unwind. There is wifi for devices. You may be visited by Rosellas and King parrots in the afternoon, and possums and pademelons in the evening.

This hand built recycled timber chalet is relaxed and unpretentious oozing character and warmth, tucked away within world heritage listed rainforest with just a stones throw to incredible walking tracks. A stylish, comfortable home with rustic and vintage decor sympathetic to the natural surrounds, this unique property features large windows bringing the outside in and a stunning stone fire place to keep you toasty on chilly Springbrook evenings.
