After many experience in Michelin star restaurant in Italy and around the world, I decide to open my experience on Airbnb to share my passion for pasta. We will meet you at the harbor in Riomaggiore, and then embark on our magical sunset tour. During the tour, we will slowly cruise up the Cinque Terre coast, stopping in front of each village to give you the opportunity to take photos of the villages from the sea, which is hands down, the best way to capture each village's beauty. Once we reach Monterosso, we will turn around and slowly head back to Riomaggiore. With the sun setting behind us, you will have the perfect view to capture magnificent photos. During the tour, you can sip on bubbles and enjoy homemade focaccia from the local baker, made fresh daily and a must-try food while in the Cinque Terre. You can also jump in the sea for a sunset dip during the tour. Take a deep breath, and enjoy the paradise that surrounds you. This experience will offer you the opportunity to approach the “sacred stone” that  accompanies our work and our lives, shape the Marble by involving all 5 senses: observe the matter, recognize its facets, follow its evolution and enjoy its final transformation, caress it, let it talk to you and guide you in the process, smell its aromas of sun and rain moss. Moisten your lips at the end of the day: you will discover that it will taste new. We'll find us at the meeting point, a place really close to the lab, we'll reach togheter the workshop's area where you'll meet the master sculptor Marco. After the introduction by the master sculptor, who will accompany each participant in the activity, we will proceed to a brief but complete sculpture experience: you will try to work a piece of marble with manual and pneumatic tools. we will have breaks during class hours where you can drink coffee, water or tea, use the toilets, take pictures. Once you become familiar with the subject, you will dedicate the last minutes to the engraving of a marble scale that you can take away as a souvenir of the experience! My guests will enjoy one of the best views of the hillside in Cinque Terre, enjoy local specialties and listen to my Bach played live on the piano. The focus of this year, 2024, will be J. S. Bach's Goldberg Variations and Six Partitas. I will welcome my guests into my property, inside the Cinque Terre National Park, where they will visit a young vineyard, learn about the building techniques of the old dry stone walls that are peculiar to this area and hear some historical background of what makes our area so unique. Afterwards, they will enjoy a full lunch or dinner, a selection of wines and my homemade lemon liqueurs while enjoying classical piano music played live. I provide transportation for a maximum of 10 guests per session, from Riomaggiore and back, at my expense. The whole event will take place outdoors, on my terrace above the vines. If the weather does not allow for an enjoyable outdoor setting the event will be cancelled and our guests entirely reimbursed. Bring along your camera, drinking water and an umbrella/blanket according to the weather.

We offer you a tour of the 5 Terre with the fascinating view of the countries from the sea and we can arrive with the boat right near the "Protected Marine Reserve" of the National Park. We will leave from the small port of Manarola and I will make you take some spectacular photos of the village that can only be made from the boat and from some points that I know and that allow you a particular recovery. We will then go to Riomaggiore where you can see the characteristic small port and the beautiful colored houses and then we will go to Corniglia which is the only one in the 5 Terre that is not near the sea but above the hill. After we will arrive to Vernazza, where you can admire the church located directly on the beach and then we cruise to Monterosso where you will see the beautiful beaches. During the navigation we will also go to some small sea caves, known only by old fishermen, where we can arrive only with boats like mine. If we are lucky we could see the dolphins or look for the nests of the seagulls scattered on the cliff overlooking the sea On sunny days you could even take a trip with the sunset that makes the villages even more fascinating. The tour start from the little dock of Manarola, at the same dock from where the ferries to Cinque Terre depart aboard an 8-meter open boat. It runs along the 5 villages from Manarola towards Monterosso. Arriving at Guvano beach, behind Corniglia, we stop for the first swim break; with snorkeling equipment you can admire the clear waters and the local fish. It starts again with a panoramic view of the coast and all the various types of sedimentary rocks, explanations on the paths and the type of wine produced, another swim stop after the view of the seaside village of Vernazza to then reach the last of the 5 lands, Monterosso. Io ho imparato a fare il pesto dalla nonna Linda, è così gustoso e semplice che sicuramente lo rifarete centinaia di volte a casa con gli amici, vi basta qualche piccolo segreto! Saremo in una tipica cantina delle Cinque Terre, arredata con sasso e legno, un tuffo nella Vernazza ottocentesca! Prepareremo il pesto nel mortaio e lo mangeremo come pranzo alle 12,30 con la pasta e come merenda alle 15,00/17,30 con pane o focaccia, degusteremo 3 vini bianchi Cinque Terre DOC e abbineremo 3 oli extravergini liguri a pane, focaccia e formaggio! Se avete allergie al glutine abbiamo crackers/pasta gluten-free, se non bevete alcolici sono disponibili soft drinks. Benvenuti nella nostra esperienza! Con i due capitani Steeven e Christian partiremo dalla marina di Riomaggiore per andare al seguente villaggio Manarola e proseguire (soffermandosi in ogni villaggio dal mare,  per fare tante belle foto,  tutto questo sempre vicino alla costa), proseguiremo  verso Corniglia, unico villaggio che si trova a 100 metri dal livello del mare ,faremo una sosta per nuotare insieme ai pesci e fare dello snorkeling ,a bordo ti offriremo del prosecco ,coca-cola o acqua e degli snack come la focaccia ligure, arriveremo a Vernazza uno dei villaggi più amati dai turisti, e infine andremo verso Monterosso, il villaggio più grande, ed ammireremo Monterosso dal mare, Torneremo indietro sempre vicino alla costa per ammirare il sole che tramonta e torneremo  indietro con calma.

Do you like Pesto? This is the right class for you to learn how to make it from scratch by mortar ad pestle, according to the traditional technique and to the recipe of my grandmother. My dog Ettore and I will welcome you with glass of prosecco and when Pesto will be ready you can taste it with a plate of testaroli (a traditional kind of pasta that looks like a thick crepe) which with its taste will let you forget the stairs you took to get to my kitchen. Between pleasant chats you will discover the history and tradition behind which the flavors of Ligurian cuisine are hidden. This experience is recommended for 2 or more people. NOTE: Genovese pesto is NOT vegan and NOT suitable for people with nut intolerance or severe gluten intolerance (we can use an alternative packed gluten-free crackers or similar but cross-contamination is inevitable).

Faremo un breve trekking su un sentiero poco battuto ma molto panoramico. Buona parte del percorso è in salita, ma durante la camminata ci fermeremo in diversi punti per riprendere fiato, goderci il panorama e scoprire la storia di Vernazza e delle Cinque Terre. Finita la camminata, arriveremo nella vigna dell'Eroico e lì degusteremo tre diverse etichette, assaporando una storia antichissima. L'intera esperienza si svolge a Vernazza, luogo unico e patrimonio UNESCO. Potrai godere anche di una vista unica, essendo la nostra vigna isolata da ogni altro sentiero o abitazione. I’d love to wander through the town with you, capturing you as you take in the stunning sights. My style when photographing is to document, rather than control. I’d love to create a set of natural, timeless photographs that you will treasure forever and that will transport you back to your time in Italy. This photographic experience includes professional portraits in Manarola or Riomaggiore. The photoshoot will take around one hour and is suitable for individuals, couples, families, and friends. Your photographs will be captured on state of the art, full-frame, professional equipment. The best photographs are often the ‘in between’ moments and for this reason, I won’t narrow your photographs down to a tiny selection. From a one-hour session, you can expect to receive roughly 100+ edited images. The shoot will be planned with your preferences in mind to include the best locations for the time of day and year. Learn how to make homemade pasta easily and successfully. We will meet in Florence at our cooking school located in the historic center, in front of the Arno river. We are a team of professionals chefs, we are pleased to meet you and let you spend a nice time with us for a fun and unique lesson. We will teach the secrets how to make RAVIOLI, FETTUCCINE or SPAGHETTI & TORTELLI in different shape. We will provide you with the tools useful for the preparation: kitchen gown, rolling pin and pasta cutter, eggs and flour. After the preparation, we will cook together the pasta with the relatives sauces. Each participant will prepare their own pasta, then we will cook it in the same pot to share it, then with the rest of the group like an italian family. The experience lasts about 3 hours, It will also be an opportunity to socialize with other travelers and with your host in an Italian atmosphere. During the meal will be served delicious organic Tuscan wine, that we produce on our farm called "Dalle Nostre Mani”, wines produced with natural methods. We'll walk through Levanto's historical alleys and pretty squares, visiting the ancient channel harbour of the Republic of Genoa, the Medieval Loggia, the St. Andrew typical church, discovering the village's stunning history and lots of local traditions and curiosities. To fully enjoy the local atmosphere, we'll finish our walking tour with a wine tasting in the vineyard, tasting typical yummy products and discovering an organic and sustainable way of cultivating.

The experience starts with a 15/20 minute tour of our cellar in the hills of Lucca. Guests will be guided through the production stages and explained the procedure of our wine preparation. Depending on the time of year, you may even see our creation process in action!
