This warm holiday home is something truly special. Seaspray Beach House offers a stress free trip away. Situated close to the beach on a private, serine block awaiting your getaway of a lifetime. You will not be disappointed with this bright contemporary holiday home. Comprising of two luxury bedrooms, main with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed with built in robes, a modern kitchen (no oven) and bath room, 2nd separate toilet, rev/cycle aircon/heating and gorgeous spacious deck.

The Cabin is a 1 Bedroom cottage (interior 45m2) built in 2019 below our existing house and looking north over Tam O'Shanter Beach to Bass Strait. There is a queen bed and a sofabed, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry plus undercover outdoor area (20m2). The cabin overlooks Lulworth/Tam O'Shanter Beach (1km+ of sand).

Enjoy some time out with family and friends in this modern light filled retreat. Positioned on a large private block only minutes easy walk to the beach. Soak up the sun on the deck with a BBQ and enjoy the beautiful native garden. When the day is done, watch the sun go down and relax around the cosy firepit.
