Dave and my place is close to ASU, downtown, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and is in a very central, yet private neighborhood. You’ll love our place because of the sweet, quiet room , and the great outdoor space next to creek. .Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Please note we do not accept check ins after 10pm. Also we have a sweet dog who sometimes barks alot if you are outside, but will be loving as soon as you walk in the door.

A KERIG COFFEE MAKER WITH REG. AND DECAF COFFEE AS WELL AS TEA AND A VARIETY OF BREAKFAST BARS FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT. YOU MAY ENJOY THE ROCKING CHAIRS ON THE BACK PORCH OR SIT ON THE LITTLE DECK. THERE IS A BEAUTIFULLY LANDSCAPED CATCH AND RELEASE POND OUT FRONT AND A YARD SWING IN FRONT OF THE POND FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT.
