Located at 3406 18th Street at Mission, this Burmese restaurant is tiny, but they serve the BEST food at crazy-inexpensive prices. Dishes include delicious tea-leaf salad, so good (better than the fancy Burma Superstar), chicken or vegetarian curry, all the dishes are $7. Soda is $1. That's it. They have samosas, potstickers & a few other dishes, but none over $7. You sit at the counter--no frills, & sometimes they're nor super-friendly. Who cares? The food is great. You can also get it take-out & have a a picnic in the park.

This is my favorite cheap but great food spot. Burmese food in a small hole-in-the-wall with counter service. I recommend House Noodles with Chicken and the Tea Leaf Salad. Both are $6.50 and great. Cant go wrong with Cold Noodles, or basically anything on the menu.

best dive around. all items $6.00. no chg for the entertaining but loud owners/waitresses/cooks. this place makes Burmese food. Might be best in the city. (In the Mission)
