Fantastic bar with beautiful view of the Santa Justa Elevator - finding the bar is difficult, take the small metal stairs next to the ruins of convent Convento do Carmo, then go down another staircase and it's tucked away on the left.

I always recommend my guests to go to Topo Chiado instead of waiting in the queue of Elevador de Santa Justa - trust me, you will get the exact same view - but while having a glass of wine :)

You will be absolutely amazed with the views and the location (right next to the Santa Justa elevator !) of this rooftop bar. Perfect for a warm day since the seating is outside. Do not miss their brunch.

Topo Chiado is leaning against the walls of Carmo. There grew a large terrace with bar and restaurant and a huge balcony with a fantastic view over downtown Lisbon.
