What is there to say? It's Pier 39 - and it is just a short walk down the hill. Of course, it's back up the hill coming home - those who get a bit tired, might want to cab-it back.

Great little avenue close by that has boutiques, barbers, bars, restaurants. It's a great little hidden area far far less packed than Union Street or Chestnut Street in the Marina.
