Just the drive along Interstate 84 through the Gorge is spectacular! Lots of spots to stop for hikes, viewpoints and food. For a great day trip, I recommend stopping at Multnomah Falls, then continuing on to Hood River for great food and local beer and wine. Complete your trip by taking Highway 26 home around the other side of Mount Hood.
