We probably go three times a week...get the Vegi Tator Tortilla Sandwich and the Chorizo migas to share! You will not be disappointed! One of the trendiest food cart scenes in Portland featuring tons of outdoor seated (some covered), an array of cuisine options (Mexican, Fried Chicken, Crepes, Egyptian, Pizza, Potato-based, American), and three outdoor fireplaces that are on all the time! Good for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or late night! Definitely worth a visit. My dad was very excited to try out the food carts in PDX and he loved this place :)

Knot Springs is a spa type social club in a tall, tall building right on the Willamette River at E Burnside. Go for the pools of varying temperatures ranging from hot to warm to breathtakingly cold! They also have a sauna and steam room. A 2 hour soak is $55, worth it for a special occasion and good old fashioned relaxation. Catch a great view of downtown (and the Portland sign) from the hot tub!

Awesome park on top of a dormant volcano. Beautiful pines and a great view of the city at the top. There's also a couple pretty water reservoirs. Locals gather here for a nice picnic or sunset outing.

Neat waterfall with a paved hiking trail up to the top. There's an iconic bridge in front of the fall that's good for photos! Getting here also takes you on a pretty drive along the Columbia River. I'd say it's a Portland must-see!

My favorite spot on the coast featuring a really big rock! If you go during low tide, get up close and see some awesome sea life (think anemones and such). About an hour and a half drive but it's a nice little road trip and pretty all along the way!
