We are located in Irvington. Surrounded by Eliot, Lloyd, Bosie, and Sullivans Gultch neighborhoods.
Irvington is a classic tree-lined neighborhood with lovely parks, homes and gardens. Platted in the late 1880s and named a National Register Historic District (Oregon’s largest), Irvington is like a walk back in time containing the work of many of Portland’s most talented early 20th-century architects with the largest collection of Queen Anne, Arts and Crafts, and Colonial Revival style homes in Oregon.

2 Blocks away from the apartment the Lloyd District starts at NE Broadway. In addition to shopping, breweries and restaurants it provides access to the city circling Streetcars and MAX trains which will whisk you to other popular neighborhoods including Downtown, The Pearl, Nob Hill, NW Portland, Old Town, Chinatown, SW Portland, SE Portland and more.
The Pearl is about a 15 min westward B Loop Streetcar ride from us. It is loaded with restaurants, diners, bars, clubs, Portland local and chain shopping, breweries and Powell's 1 square block "City of Books!"

Ride the MAX Red or Blue Lines west toward downtown and you will pass through Old Town and Chinatown.
