Cascais Market is a feast to the senses. The fresh fruits,veggies, fish and so much more will tempt you a each step. There is also a cafe, restaurant and other shops around the market with plenty of seating for relaxing and enjoying the bustling of activity in the market area, while sipping a beverage.
On Wednesdays the market extends to accommodate merchants of clothing, shoes and artifacts, generally of excellent prices - this is one of our favorite places to visit in Cascais.

Pingo Doce offers a good selection of grocery items. The food is fresh and their in-store bakery is excellent. We usually have our breakfast at their cafe and the staff is very friendly; they even know what we like by now.
