Located in Golden Gate Park, the conservatory is a Victorian era greenhouse, that houses an amazing array of plants. Manageable size, you can get through it in 45 min-1 hour.

The Top of Twin Peaks is the highest spot in SF, and offers 270 degree panoramic views of the city and Bay Area. Equally beautiful day and night, it's also a very romantic spot (though you won't be alone no matter when you go).

Parks & Nature
Glen Canyon is a 10 minute walk from the cottage, but is a wooded canyon paradise in the middle of the San Francisco. Great hour long hike.

If you get a chance, Gold Gate Park is worth a visit. It is one of the largest public parks in the country, and has several attractions within the park, my favorites including the De Young Museum, Academy of Sciences Musuem, and Conservatory of Flowers. Or for a romantic experience, go to Stow Lake and rent a paddle boat.

Beach Blanket Babylon has been a continuous running show in SF for 40 years, known for its outrageous hats and costumes. Show integrates current events into show so it is always new, even if you have seen it before. Definitely an unique and delightful experience.
