Scoop is my favorite ice cream place! they have “normal” and unique flavors. my favorite flavor is sweet corn and blackberry.
My favorite place in Richmond lol! If you like fresh, homemade ice cream, this will be a place you want to visit. I always get a cone on the side (it's free!). Seating is limited, but there's Scuffletown park around the corner. Be prepared to park on a nearby street since parking is limited. I swear it's worth it lol!

come here during sunset and watch the city glow in an orange halo. it has a lot of stairs so be ready for a climb! also don’t go in this area alone at night! p.s. can smell a little skunky.
