15 min walk from the apartment.
2 options to go there :
1) via the promenade des anglais and up the stairs next to the HOTEL SUISSE
2) via the place Garibaldi, then the OLD NICE : find the stairs which go up on the hill of the castle (there are many, a clue : street ROSSETTI)
Once on the hill, enjoy the magnificent panoramas and visit the archaeological remains, the waterfall, the 2 classified cemeteries and the sports field.
If you have taken option 1 to go up the hill, go back down by option 2 and vice versa.

Baignez vous ( ou pas …) dans les eaux translucides puis prenez le train pour 2,40€( gare EZE SUR MER) en face de la plage pour revenir à Nice RIQUIER ( à 10 min de marche de l’appartement ). Un INCONTOURNABLE! Mon coup de cœur !
Take the bus or a cab (22€ with Uber from the apartment) to take you to one of the most beautiful villages in France. Visit the village and especially its superb exotic garden ! Then go down the Nietzsche path which leads to the beach : 1 hour walk with beautiful views. Take the train for 2,40€ (EZE SUR MER station) in front of the beach to come back to Nice RIQUIER (10 min walk from the apartment). A MUST ! My favorite!

8) return to the station, going down along the sea and passing by the Church of Saint Devote.

Not far from the Matisse museum, you will find the MARC CHAGALL museum.
For the sportsmen, there is the superb museum of the sport located next to the stadium ALLIANZ RIVIERA (stadium of the OGC NICE)

Go there especially for the view and for the succulent fish. Don't have any desserts: they are industrial and bland. I also advise you to have an aperitif at the bar at the foot of the diving board. Superb place and succulent socca.
