Congress Park was where Pj and I decided that Saratoga Springs would be a great place to set down some roots, back when we were looking for somewhere to raise a family.
The park includes Canfield Casino (no longer a working casino), with its historical museum on the upper floors. The Carousel was always popular with our kids when they were young. There are also two springs in the park grounds.
