Our Location is of the Pratumnak road, it's also called "Pattaya's Beverly Hills" it's a quite and clean area of Pattaya, which is a residential area situated on the golden sand coast in the prestigious and quiet place, between Pattaya and Jomtien, and is near located just 150 meters from the magnificent Dongtan Beach and 300 meters from the Princess of Thailand residence.

Therefore this area is well known as a desirable address due to its beautiful beaches and quiet surrounding. Pratumnak is well positioned being just minutes from downtown Pattaya and 5 minutes from cosmopolitan Jomtien.

Our Apartments are fully equipped to handle all your needs, so are you searching for that perfect holiday Apartment for rent, or searching for that perfect temporarily home of your dreams. Then search no more.

If you need to retreat and recover during the day from those all night adventures then our apartments are for you. Of course if fitness is your thing and you still have the strength then you can take a short walk located next door to a small fitness park, which is free and open entrance for everyone.

Location of Pattaya City is now only a 1 to 2 hour drive from the Bangkok’s new officially Suvarnabhumi International Airport. All domestic and international flights now arrive to and depart from the new airport. This makes Pattaya the perfect place to retirement or to have a great holiday.
If you are arriving or traveling from/to old Dong Muang airport your only option is to take a taxi, which takes about 2-2½ hours.

We will show you to your apartment, get you settled in and we can arrange extra cleaning and laundry for you - if necessary during your stay, for a small extra fee. But everything is of course clean and neat for you, when you arrive.

Customers who want a satellite HDTV True Vision/Fox UK or German TV package which contains channels such as HBO etc. can be provided. Package supplied through internet connection, which can be with you own laptop or with a Android box and remote controller which can be provided. Prices could be as low as 20 baht/day pending on the additional selection of channels and equipment needed. Ask for information if interested.

We can provide laundry service if required such as Regular & Express, same-day or next-day laundry and dry cleaning service by professional laundry shop with experience staff to look after your garments. (See our Laundry-price list provided in the Guidebook)

We are always available via the Airbnb message system and/or by mobile telephone. Contact details will be available in the Apartment.
