300 yards down a private road and you're in the middle of the breathtaking marsh. Just you, dolphins, birds, occasional kayaker...and of course this big sailing yacht. The three well-appointed cabins, two bathrooms, a living area, and a modern galley, provide a comfortable stay, to be sure....but who's staying inside when you can spend time on the 900-foot dock. Relaxing, swimming with the dolphins, paddleboarding, kayaking, or even fishing one of the best spots in town!

This Blue Water Yacht spent most of its life sailing between California and Alaska - although she's been around the world twice. Her classic woodwork, comfortable layout, and modern amenities make for the perfect getaway on the water.

Oh...did I mention you get to name her? That's right, we've painted the back of the hull with chalkboard paint, and we provide the chalk. So have a little fun and come up with a cool name!

The boat is on a private, secluded, dock just off the Folly River. This paradise is yours for your entire stay. You can relax in the hammock or sit at the picnic table on the large pierhead overlooking the marsh. You can take one of the kayaks (we have a single and a double) and paddle through the marsh exploring, go swimming, or try your luck fishing from the dock. You can also enjoy a breathtaking sunrise from the front of the boat, or a breathtaking sunset from the back.

When you drive past the house and through the gate, nature will greet you as you head down the dirt road through the middle of the marsh. You will soon forget you are just a mile from the grocery store and three miles from one of the most popular beaches in Charleston. Oh, and of course 12 miles from the largest collection of colonial buildings in all of North America - Historic Charleston.

You will be three football fields down the road - but we'll be just a phone call/text away. Since we have a golf cart, we can normally be down to the dock in about a minute or two.

That said, we may come down once or twice to check the solar power grid that powers the boat/dock - but otherwise, it's all yours :)
