This 3bd/3ba home is furnished with luxury linens, a fully stocked kitchen, retractable smart TV, bathrobes, a dreamy view, and only 6 min to Kenai.

Ruang
There are two bedrooms, until September 1, where the basement will be included in rental. This will make it a 3/3ba rental! Two bedrooms with a Queen size bed and basement bedroom with 2 twins. All with new purple mattresses.
Linens have been chosen with great care for your comfort. Extra throw blankets are in each room. Bedrooms and living room are equipped with electric fireplaces that can be operated with or without heat. Bedroom windows also have screens for ventilation when it gets too warm, or simply use the standing AC units.

All bedrooms have blackout blinds to help you sleep while visiting the land of the midnight sun. While there are blackout blinds in the loft bedroom, the openness to the living room windows can still allow light in. To help you get a restful sleep, blackout sleep masks are provided in the nightstand drawers.

The kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots, pans, a crock pot, blender, knives, wine glasses, standing mixer, coffee pot, Keurig K-cup, dishwasher, microwave and more.

A welcome basket with some basic essentials and a few treats will help to get you started. Basic toiletries such as TP, hand soap, dish soap, q-tips and cotton balls are provided.

The main floor bathroom has a full tub
and shower. The Master on-suite has a walk in shower and Marriott bathrobes for lounging. Basement bathroom has a walk in shower.

Until September 1:
The basement apartment is locked by a sliding barn door on BOTH sides for privacy. To access laundry, a quick text to your downstairs hosts and they will unlock their side of the door for you.

After September 1:
The stairs going down will lead to a Rec room with large couches that have a pull out extension for a large bed, a pool table, wet bar, fridge, game table, full bathroom and bedroom with 2 twins (conversion into a king upon request).

Our Costal Cottage is located on the bluff overlooking the Cook Inlet, with a direct view of Mt. Redoubt!
It is a short block from the kenai Spur Highway, on a very quiet street. We are just 6 minutes South to Kenai where you have a variety of excellent restaurants to choose from as well as access to dip netting from the beach and the mouth of the Kenai River.
About 6 minutes North in the opposite direction is the North Peninsula Recreation Area (also called North Pen Rec, the Nikiski Pool, and NPRC) with an indoor pool, wide groomed walking/biking trails to a beautiful lake, disc golf and a beautiful playground. Further North is our favorite spots of Bishops Creek and Captain Cook State Park.
