With original artwork and souvenirs acquired during the owner's international travels, the rustic mid-1800's themed décor (inspired by the early inhabitants of the Ten Mile Range) of this welcoming 300 sq ft unit offers an overall 'mountain man chic' appeal.

Park Meadows Lodge, unit 1B, promises to be the perfect home setting for your mountain adventures. Upon returning home from exploring beautiful Breckenridge and surrounding Summit County (known as "Colorado's Playground"), settle in on the plush leather sofa (with fold out bed to accommodate two) and find a movie to watch on the 40" flat screen TV via one of the 40+ provided channels. Have a Netflix original series you've been dying to catch up on? No worries! Stream away on your laptop or tablet with the unit's private, hi-speed wireless internet. Or, reward yourself for a day well spent skiing, snowboarding, hiking or biking by soothing those aching, yet satisfied, muscles in one of the two onsite, outdoor hot tubs.

The traditional shared lodge of the Park Meadows complex offers a unique ambiance, embracing the fun mountain culture from ski lodges of the past. With a retro décor and chalet style lobby, you will enjoy direct access (with your own private, connecting door) to the oversized gas firepit and pool table on the main level as well as upstairs loft area with TV and reading nook and downstairs game room with ping pong and foosball tables (all free!). Also on-site are soda and snack machines, an ice maker, coin-operated laundry facilities as well as two shared gas grills and picnic tables available to enjoy a meal 'al fresco' and take in one of Breckenridge's 300+ days of sunshine accompanied by views of the nearby stream in Summer or the Four O'Clock Ski Run (offering hassle-free, Ski In access to the complex) in Winter.

The perfect destination for any foodie or nightlife enthusiast, Breckenridge boasts over 60 bars and restaurants throughout town! And Park Meadows Lodge offers the perfect location for those interested in exploring the town as well as the slopes. Just a 7 minute (0.3 mile) walk to the heart of Historic Main Street, grab a cup of coffee and homemade pastry at Clint's Bakery & Coffee House or a board game with friends/family while sipping on a carefully prepared cocktail or craft brew at Après Handcrafted Libations. Celebrating a special occasion (or non occasion)? Offering up some of the the finest aged beef and fresh wild game around, the locally famous Briar Rose Saloon and Chophouse is a perfect place to enjoy a romantic dinner or family meal alike and just steps outside your front door.

Should you find that an exhilarating day spent exploring the slopes or local shops leaves you craving a night in, the fully equipped kitchen at Park Meadows 1B has all you need for a perfectly prepared meal right at home. Supplied with all cooking/eating utensils, stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher as well as garbage disposal, toaster and coffee maker you'll find that whipping up a quick meal morning, noon or night is a breeze! Enjoy your culinary masterpiece at the 36" drop leaf table, accompanied by an herbal tea or hot toddy prepared in the provided electric kettle.

At the end of the day, retreat to the intimate bedroom area where you will find a Queen Bed draped in a luxurious faux fur blanket meant to keep you warm and cozy during those chilly Winter nights. The custom made closet provides ample storage for all of your belongings offering a hanging rod, bench seat and multiple shelves. Additional storage for any ski/snowboard equipment and gear is also available in the form of a private locker just outside your front door equipped with combination lock.

Although most well known in Winter for its world renowned ski resort, Breckenridge is becoming a popular destination year round! Most ski resorts are just that – resorts. But not Breck. It’s a real town with real history and stunning architecture dating back to the 1800s gold rush. Today’s pioneers come to Breck to strike it rich with spectacular views and outdoor adventures. And situated in the heart of downtown, Park Meadows Lodge is the ideal location for those wanting to get out and explore all that the town has to offer! In addition to being 3 short blocks from Main Street, Park Meadows Lodge also offers several FREE shared transportation options. The Breckenridge Free Ride Bus stop is located just 300 feet (a 1 min walk) from the complex with scheduled service via the Black Line as often as every 15 minutes during peak hours.
