Surrounded by windows and flanked with an electric fireplace that illuminates and creates that romantic ambience this room is known for. It is the largest of the rooms and has a two-person jacuzzi tub, separate two-person shower, double sinks and a private toilet area. The closet is spacious. The sofa bed has a comfortable air mattress. The room is spacious and gorgeous. Rest in your king size bed with award winning sheets and blankets. The doors lead to a large deck with a gorgeous, covered roof. A double chaise is beckoning you to sit and sip while watching the gently flowing river right beside you. This room is on the first floor.

We are in a quiet, country setting on a river that has great fishing and kayaking, right out your door. Nestled in between two quaint cities, Rome, GA and Cartersville, you have access to great restaurants, museums, hiking, biking and boating within 30 minutes from the Lodge. We are 15 minutes from I 75. Whether you are visiting friends, family or on your way to Florida, we are an ideal location that provides a warm, comfortable environment that far exceeds a conventional hotel experience.

Paul and Ann have spent the majority of their lives helping people. We came out of retirement two years ago so we could create a place that is like no other one. Whether you want to spend a few days away from the hustle and bustle of your lives, or you have an interest in learning more about your health and understanding ways to improve it, River Wellness Lodge is like no other place on earth. The Lodge itself, is emblematic of warmth, wood and wilderness. The river that runs along the back of the house creates a sense of calm, peace and tranquility.

The Lodge and it’s owners are welcoming, unassuming and will ensure that your stay will be memorable and enjoyable. People have come from around the country to stay with us and when the travel is safe again, people from France, Nigeria, and Canada have expressed an interest in staying with us.
