2. Place of coming from, Names of the Guests and Relationship. Tentative Arrival Time and Check-out time.
3. In case the guests are coming by their own car and wants to park in Society premises, the vehicle number may also be communicated.

The details of the Coordinator helping in Check-in & Check-out including Keys would be shared after confirmation of booking..
