* IMPORTANT: Please keep in mind before booking that this is a basement apartment, so you will hear upstairs activity during your stay. There are 2 adults and 2 young children living in the home above the apartment. If you're looking for a very quiet space or may be bothered by general upstairs/household noise, this may not be the best fit for you. We pride ourselves on being mindful people and try our best to be courteous to our guests by keeping noise to a minimum when possible. We provide a portable sound machine and earplugs in the master bedroom for our guests' comfort & convenience should they wish to use them!

* We have a dog on the property which uses the enclosed backyard. Please do not enter the backyard or the primary residence without permission. The door from the basement apartment to the main residence is locked at all times for your safety and ours.

* No smoking or pets allowed in the unit. Any evidence of smoking or pets will result in a $300 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
