Located right off I-20, 15 minutes away from the Medical District and Downtown Augusta, and 25 minutes from Fort Gordon, this secluded upstairs space is perfect for anyone, including students, looking for a comfortable, convenient, and affordable stay in the CSRA.

Once you enter the home, you will take an immediate right and pass through the backside of the downstairs kitchen and head towards the shared laundry room and the stairs tucked away in the corner of the home by the garage. At the bottom of the stairs is the shared laundry room you will have access too. Take a left and head upstairs to your private upstairs bedroom and en-suite bathroom. This is the only bedroom and bathroom located upstairs. Guests do not have to pass by any of the host’s bedrooms or host’s living spaces to get to/from their private bedroom and the shared laundry room, excluding the backside of the kitchen.
