This property is shared with the main house. Rest assured that you will have your privacy. The guesthouse is tucked away behind the main house garage with it's own separate back entrance. The outside space is shared with the main house so you may see people walking to and from but they will not disturb you. Please don't disturb the main house guests. I, your host, will be available by phone or email should you need anything!

You are welcome to use the yard on the property. The backyard looking out into the open pasture and mountains and the wind protected side yard and the patio. Please respect the privacy of the main house guests as they share the property as well. They will give you space and privacy to use the outdoor space as desired so feel free to use it!
We do have neighbors. Please respect the neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
