The cabin is located in a remote area, surrounded by an Amish Community. The only noise you may encounter is the occasional trot of a horse and buggy down the gravel road.

I love nature. I travel the world to experience it in all its wonder. I enjoy meeting people from every walk of life, all over our beautiful planet. During a trip to the Greek Isles I experienced my first Airbnb. I was astounded at the convenience and comfort of "home sharing." When I returned home to the cabin I built to be closer to friends and family, I decided to list it on Airbnb, I called it Cabin on the Ridge.

As my passion for Airbnb continued to grow, we decided to expand into the the town of Madison, where you will find the Artist's A-Frame. My Mom (Linda) and I both host the a-frame together. The Artist’s A Frame was constructed by my grandparents; my grandmother - Mary is the Artist referenced in the home's title. You'll find a couple of her paintings throughout the home.

Inspired by the response and love for the cabin and the a-frame I began thinking of ways to expand the unique home experience. After a few years of creating and re-creating the design, seeking local government approval and gaining feedback from guests, my idea finally became reality - a new contemporary cabin; Cabin on the Ridge: The Sequel.
