Located in Geneva-On-The-Lake, Ohio's oldest Resort Town with lots of history and unique attractions! Walk to Lake Erie and the famous "Strip". This 1950’s motor lodge is being re-vamped and re-imagined into Geneva-On-The-Lakes first self check-in themed Boutique motel, where every room is a unique experience! Each room is a different style, all with custom, designer touches throughout.

Lots of warm woods and custom built features throughout, including a custom bar table and shelving made from reclaimed wood and salvaged industrial parts. Beautifully tiled walk in shower, custom bath vanity with modern fixtures and a boulder sink. The King bed is so comfortable, you won't want to get up!

There is a shared common area with two picnic tables, firepit and chairs and two charcoal grills (bring your own firewood and charcoal)

We do not provide cleaning or maid service during your stay. If you are staying 5 days or more, mid stay cleaning is required at an additional cost.

Perfect place to stay with family and friends, rent all available rooms (we currently have 5 rooms that will sleep up to 13 combined) you get privacy when you want it and can gather at the shared community space with a fire pit, 2 charcoal grills and picnic tables.

Geneva-On-The-Lake is truly unique, it's an experience you have to come and see for yourself. We have a beautiful State Park Beach and trails, over 20 area wineries to visit, a beautiful Marina where you can rent Jet Skis, kayaks and paddle boards or charter a boat for walleye and perch fishing. You can walk to GOTL’s infamous mile long “strip” with arcades, put-put, bars, ice cream, restaurants etc. Visit nearby covered bridges and the Ashtabula Harbor. So much to do or relax and do nothing on the beach!

We bought a 1950’s motel in Ohio’s oldest resort town Geneva-On-The-Lake (GOTL) and have been having a lot of fun bringing it back to life! We are working hard to create the areas first contactless, self check-in boutique motel. Our motel is design-centric and each room features a different popular style. This property is great for group gatherings: Bachlorettes, friends & families. Rent multiple rooms, hang out together in our community outdoor space and then enjoy your own private suite. It’s in a great location, just south of Lake Erie and the Geneva Twp Park. Close enough to walk to our areas most unique attraction “the strip” but set back on a quiet side street.
We just purchased the yellow cottage across the street and it’s available to rent as of June 11th 2021. Stay in the cottage while friends or family are at the motel!
