We are just a little piece of heaven that sits atop one of the highest ridges in Marian, county. We have an Amazing view of Lake Red Rock. We are close to fishing, hiking, walking, bike riding, horseback riding, Sprint car racing, Southern Iowa Speedway, public hunting Duck & Deer, Tulip Time in Pella, IA. and only 32 miles from Iowa State Fair. We are located on 3 beautiful acres, just North of Knoxville, IA 4 miles from Knoxville raceway. Pella is 14 miles. 30 miles from south Des Moines.

If you are looking for a nice quiet place to get away and have absolute privacy from the rat race, come check us out! We r just 4 miles from Knoxville and 12 miles from Pella. We sit at the west end of Lake Red Rock and just 2 miles South of the mile long bridge. Newton is only 24 miles, Des Moines is 30 miles and the Iowa State Fairgrounds is 36 miles, Southeast Polk Jr High School is 32 miles where you can catch a shuttle to the fair grounds.

Our neighbors are great why they are not close we visit with each other in passing most. I have two neighbors that have horses that are beautiful. our neighbors are at least several football fields away. we live in 3 acres.

Well we have been married for 32 years and we are each others best friends. We love razzing each other all in fun (some people thank we are fighting but we’re not just imagine the three stooges with only two) LoL. I would be Curly and Cindy would be Moe always the boss lol. We knew each other in Jr high school. Funny thing is Cindy moved away in Sr. High and moved back 10 years later. The rest is all history. we have four awesome kids Jer, Ty, Mo( in the photo) & Zac. Three Kids live in Phoenix and one In Des Moines we enjoy visiting when we can. I also enjoy spending time with my Brother Chuck working on cars, hunting, and just spending time together. We enjoy life and feel. Blessed! We hope that you will enjoy your Stay with us, please let us know if there is anything we can improve, while you are staying in one of rentals.
