the neighborhood is lovely. it is just about five houses away from the lake. There is a nice paved walkway around the lake. the house is just a few houses away from the Mayo clinic. It is within walking distance to downtown.

My name is iolie which is pronounced eye-oh-lee. I am a stay at home mom. I home teach my son because he is an accelerated learner which they could not accommodate at the local school. So I am around the house a lot which makes it easier to get in touch with me if you need anything. I have a carpentry certificate which I got when I was in my early 20's and I really like to work on my house. I sometimes have a house project that I am working on. However, I don't let that interfere with the guest's needs. I have been married for 9 years. My husband and I own Light Side Computers. I have a Bachelor's degree in Theatre, another Bachelor's degree in Applied Indigenous Studies (it's like Native American studies but we studied and attempted to find solutions for the the economic, political, and business systems of indigenous people around the world). I am White Mountain Apache, Objibwe (Chippewa), Austrian, French Canadian, and Czechoslovakian by ancestry. I also have a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA). I used to teach in the Business Department at Utah Valley University.

I am friendly and I like people. I am easy going. Most people would describe me as nice and of a happy, positive temperament. I am considerate of people.
