The tiny house resembles a tiny cabin which is both cozy and private

The property is very private and secure and is located within minutes of Sussex.
The tiny house is located on our 5 acre property WHERE WE ALSO LIVE.
It is located on the southwest part of our property which gives you the greatest privacy and unobstructed views of the Sussex valley.
The double bed is located in the loft which is accessed by an attached ladder. There is a double bed provided on the main floor if you aren’t comfortable with climbing the ladder.
There is a private and safe place to park your vehicle at the far end of our roadway.
There is a 150 meter walk along the tree line to the tiny house. A wheeled cart or sleigh will be provided (depending on the season) so you can transfer your luggage and food supplies.
Please bring proper footwear to cross wet grass or walk through snow.
It is well equipped with cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, toaster and various types of coffee makers.
Bed linens, plenty of blankets, soap and towels are provided.
There is a full propane stove and oven and a small fridge with freezer.
Coffee and tea are provided.
There is a small deck which includes lounge chairs, BBQ and outdoor games.
Also, lots of books and board games for a rainy or snowy day.
Enjoy special evenings around your own fire pit roasting marshmallows or watching the moon come up over the horizon.
In the winter, watch the smoke rise from each individual house chimney in the valley below from your toasty and warm place in the tiny house.
Excellent cell service.

CENTRAL to MONCTON, SAINT JOHN and FREDERICTON.
Tiny house is less than two minutes to Highway 1 and less than 25 minutes to the TCH.
Very central to all the tourist attractions in southern New Brunswick - see JIM’S GUIDEBOOK for more info (located in this listing).
The FUNDY TRAIL PARKWAY and FUNDY FOOTPATH can both be accessed through SUSSEX which is only a 25 minute drive to the East gate entrance.
FUNDY NATIONAL PARK and HOPEWELL ROCKS are also located within a short.
SUSSEX DRIVE-IN THEATRE is < than 5 minute drive and is a great option.
SUSSEX GOLF AND CURLING CLUB is just a 5 minute drive.
POLEY MOUNTAIN SKI HILL is just a 20 minute drive with 30 runs available,
along with the new POLEY MOUNTAIN MOUNTAIN BIKE TRAILS with lift access.
Access to ATV trails (with a park& ride) < than 5 minutes away. There are great ATV destinations and a great ATV trail system in this area.
A groomed SnowmobileTrail is just 2 minutes from the tiny house with easy access from our property (Trail 820).
Biking and hiking trails are located within minutes of the tiny house.
There is great fishing on the Kennebecasis River. We are only 1/2 hour away from tidal waters where residents and non-residents can fish without having to purchase an angling license.
Great ICE FISHING for smelt, hake and pickerel during the winter months.
Lots of ICE CAVES and ICE CLIFFS to visit during the winter months.
A lot of WATER FALLS to visit year round. Information can be provided by host for all these points of interest.
There is a local Farmers Market on Friday’s in downtown Sussex (in season).
WIFI, Netflix and Satellite TV provided.
Excellent cell phone reception.

I have been retired for quite awhile and now enjoy meeting new people through the Airbnb platform. I enjoy golfing, nascar racing, wood working and working in the vegetable gardens on our property. I lived in St Martins, a small fishing village located on the Fundy coast, for 33 years. I moved to Sussex 28 years ago and consider myself knowledgeable of the surrounding areas.
