The dwelling units at SwaSwara are nestled in nature’s embrace - crafted in harmony with the land that nurtures her, like poetry. Wake up to sweet birdsong, gaze out at the rainwater lake, say hi to the bulbul fluttering by. The aesthetic of the villa delights with its connect to the lush outdoors. This can invite the occasional visit by curious resident creatures sometimes in the open spaces of the villa. But you can rest assured that they are harmless. Savour the sights and sounds at SwaSwara and let it rejuvenate your spirit!

OUR VILLAS

Crafted in the colours of the Earth.

An architectural style of the Konkan coast, the villas are open out to nature and the bathrooms are open to the sky! The bedrooms can be enclosed and are air conditioned. There is a yoga / reading deck on the second floor which providing a private space to unwind.

CUISINE ‘The Taste of wellbeing’

Slow food is a way of life here and the philosophy behind our unique cuisine. The wellness cuisine offered in our organic kitchen is of exceptional taste presented in the most creative ways and to sum up True, Authentic, and Local Gourmet cuisine!

The core of the SwaSwara life plan & diets include plenty of protein, healthy fats (nuts), minimal to nil processed food / ingredients, lots of fresh fruit & veggies (especially greens), whole grains, fresh seafood and minimal dairy. Our menus do not offer meats, junk food, bottled soft drinks or deep fry dishes.

We serve wine on order
The Swaswara kitchen replaces white sugar with healthy Molasses made from Sugarcane grown on site!

We serve very little Wheat and instead use plenty of nutritious Millets plus varieties of unpolished rice.

ROOM SERVICE
Given the pandemic safety concerns we do not provide Room service.
Snacks & drinks can be ordered in between the main meal timings and we request our guests to pick up their orders from the lobby area.
To provide you with a wholesome, fresh and hot food experience we suggest you dine at our restaurant for all main meals.

Hi. I’m Vineeth and I will be your host. My two passions are food and travel. I’m a self-confessed foodie and I love Kerala cuisine. After all, who doesn’t love the food from their home town? So, when you dine with us, you can be sure that you will be served only authentic food, prepared with fresh, local produce, and made with love.

My other love is travel. I guess that explains why I’ve worked for one of Kerala’s leading eco-hospitality houses – CGH Earth. I’ve made sure that my conscience is as clear as the environment. And that the rich heritage of my land gets the respect it deserves.

I can honestly say that you will not find a better guide or friend in your Kerala adventure. I may be uncompromising when it comes to conservation, but I will go out of my way to make sure you feel at home. Let me know what you imagined this holiday to be like, and I will help you live your dream.

We live unaware of the nurturing inner voices of our being, drowned out as they are by the din of daily life. Only when everything else quiets down and we are at peace with ourselves in our surroundings can we hear it. That's why we made sure that the shouts and clamors of the world die down to whispers at SwaSwara so that you may be uplifted by clouds of enfolding tranquility. SwaSwara is poetry in stone, painted with colours that symbolise the grounding energy of the earth, offset by the healing purity of white. The dwelling units at SwaSwara are villas that invite you to revel in the open and green spaces that have been created within the confines of your walls. These afford privacy, yet open up to the skies and exposes nature in its full bounty to the senses. A yoga deck on the second level offers spectacular views of the countryside and ocean while also serving as a perfect nook for Yoga practices.
Earthy and simple as its design is, SwaSwara is not spartan or lacking in comforts. Its architecture pays homage to the terrain and its character while infusing your personal spaces with an abundance of nature that plays its own unseen hand in healing.
