We are situated in a quiet Residence, Oasis. 3 minutes walk to Playa Poppy & 12 minutes walk to the fisherman's village and restaurants of Pueblo Pescadores. Our condo is on the 2nd floor with beautiful views of the complex as well as privacy. Fully equipped kitchen, free (Fibre Optic, December 2021). Living Room / Dinning area , super comfortable couch. Equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioner. The residence is fully gated with onsite security, free parking.

Our "Forever Home" offers you a true feeling is what the Caribbean life is like. We have worked hard to make it into what it is now. We have added a rain forest shower head , local paintings as well as furniture. We have added ceiling fans as well as installed air condition so you can keep cool. Honestly with the fresh sea breeze whisking through the complex you might not need the air condition or fan. We have added screens on the windows and entrance door to keep out any unwanted guests. We have also added on patio furniture for your comfort and for those of you who wish to enjoy the great outdoor fresh air during any time of the day. A sturdy and comfortable bed for restful night sleep. A few other Knick knacks to make you feel right at home. WIFI is available throughout the entire complex and within the unit at no additional charge as well as Fibre Optic Internet . Based on reports, online articles and personal experience, the water can be used to shower with, brush your teeth ( do not swallow or you could get sick)and cook with . We have added for your convenience a hot/cold water dispenser and extra bottles of water can be obtained onsite for $50 pesos or $1 US dollar.

Las Terrenas is the hidden Gem of Dominican Republic, with over 80 restaurants that we know of. A wonderful feeling of family with regards to the Expat community living harmoniously with the Dominican population. One of the best Italian Restaurants, Dolce Vita,is located at the entrance road to our Development and other private residences like ours. French bistros in town serving pastries from Paris. Dominican Pastry shop at Plaza Italia to Fresh brick oven pizza served on the beach. There is just so many places to try and enjoy. There are a great many shops for those of you that want to take some souvenirs of the Dominican Culture back home with you.

We love to travel with many more trips planed to our favorite island and an island that we plan to buy property this year and retire to, is the Dominican Republic with our favorite part of the Island being las Terrenas.

As much as we would love to meet and greet every guest that visits our "Forever Home", we won't be able to because we have to work as well, back home. We have however gone through great lengths to make sure our guests are in great hands. We've hired Sunshine Rentals to manage our day to day operation of our place. They have a full staff which includes: a Legal team , Contractors , Cleaning & Maintenance. Sunshine Rentals is run by Ralph & Nicole and you can find their business cards on the table when you arrive. Please feel free to reach out to them with whatever questions , problems or concerns you may have. They will resolve whatever issues that may arise. Above all we want you to enjoy your stay and get a taste of this wonderful , miraculous and peaceful piece of hidden paradise.
Private transportation is available through our favored driver. You can also contact Ralph or Nicole at WhatsApp or direct states number 1-646-994-6050 and let them know you would like to have Paul pick you up with the details of your flight.
