OUR STORY:
18 years ago this property was a rose-apple orchard still in the "country". Here, we built our family home. Over the years Hanoi has crept up to our gate. Now, the Hanoi Rose-Apple Villa is like an oasis in the midst of Hanoi's concrete urban sprawl. As a guest, you can have a taste of what Hanoi was like 20 years ago with its beautiful garden and surrounding orchards, yet we're only 20 minutes from the Old Quarter. We invite you to come and stay with us and enjoy our hospitality while in Hanoi.

Since our family grew smaller, we have renovated our home to include four luxurious apartments. When you stay with us you will enjoy all the comforts of home. Each apartment includes a private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living/dining room and a spacious bedroom(s) with a shower. The living room in the garden apartment opens onto a small porch with steps leading down into the garden. You can also enjoy other amenities such as air conditioning (and heating in cold weather), internet, a 50" flatscreen Smart TV and laundry facilities.

Because we are located on the edge of the city with more trees and less traffic, we enjoy much better air quality.

Hanoi is much bigger than just the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake. If you stay with us, you can be in the city center in under 20 minutes. However, we are just a few minutes away from exploring life along the Red River. Not only do we have small villages nearby (including the famous Pottery village), but we also have orchards and lots of places for walking along the river.

For food, we have the Aeon Mall nearby. You can reach it in under 10 minutes by motorbike or Grab. The local bus (47B) makes a stop at the mall, as well. Once there, you can eat at a wide variety of restaurants and cafes. They also have a popular food court for local cuisine. Several restaurants offer a delivery service. For those that don't, you can use the Grab Food app to order and have it home delivered. We would be happy to help you with ordering food as needed. The Aeon Mall also has a modern supermarket for those who are interested in shopping for groceries and cooking at home.

Since I am a housewife, I have time to take care of you when you arrive and throughout your time at the Hanoi Rose-Apple Villa. It's my pleasure to help you and make your stay with us comfortable and enjoyable.

We love having people come to stay in our lovely apartments and we love showing hospitality to our guests. If you enjoy having conversation and company, we will be happy to spend time with you as time permits. But, if you prefer to be left alone, we will respect that, too.

Also, while in our villa, let my husband and I help you plan your stay in Hanoi and northern Vietnam. Since we live in an apartment in the same villa, we will be happy to advise you or help you to make arrangements for a variety of city tours or personal tours of Hanoi and the surrounding areas. We can also recommend and/or help you make arrangements for Ha Long Bay Cruises and places to stay in Sapa.

If you are coming to Hanoi on business, I am available to act as your office assistant at an hourly rate, making arrangements, phone calls and doing other tasks. Color printers are available for a small fee and we have a Photocopy shop nearby.
