Upon entering the unit you will find an open living room and kitchen area. The condo is complete with everything NEW (furniture, beds, bedding, blankets, pillows, towels, and kitchen amenities). The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities for home cooking and baking including: pots, pans, chef knives, spatulas, peelers, measuring cups and spoons, strainers, baking sheets, tins, and pans and more!
Inside this condo features new furniture, a king and queen bed, along with a memory foam sofa sleeper.
Relax after a day of skiing in the living room with Smart TV, queen sleeper sofa and many board games.
Just steps away from your unit is a luxurious spa facility that includes outdoor hot tubs with magnificent views of the Mountain, a heated outdoor pool, fitness center and game room with pool table, foosball and lounge furniture.
Please note that this building does not have an elevator and as this rental is located on the third floor, it is not recommended for guests with mobility issues.
This condo has a spacious living area, an outdoor deck, a full kitchen, and two bedrooms. Entertainment amenities include cable-equipped smart televisions in the living area and both bedrooms with WiFi throughout. This condo is on the local bus route and you can easily ride into town for a day of exploration.
Additional amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer.
When you get hungry, whip up homemade meals thanks to modern appliances, ample countertop space, and assorted cookware in the full kitchen. Eat together at the six-seat breakfast bar or head onto the outdoor deck for a wine and wine-down.

You will be renting the entire condo.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
There is no housekeeping during your stay, but the unit is set up like your home. We supply laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, soaps/shampoo, napkins, coffee filters, salt & pepper/spices, trash bags, Cascade for the dishwasher, kitchen sink soap, etc.
The maximum occupancy is 6 people, which includes infants and toddlers. Unfortunately, should you have more than the maximum capacity, you will be evicted and all monies collected will be forfeited.
Guest have access to the heated pool, hot tubs, fitness center, game room and firepits with access thru the parking area at the Trailhead Lodge.
NON SMOKING
This is a non-smoking facility and unit. No smoking means this complex is 100% tobacco and cannabis free. Please respect this and DO NOT smoke or Vape in the Unit. If you smoke or Vape anything in the Unit, Airbnb will be notified and you will be fined $700 for violating this rule.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
This unit does not allow any animals in the Unit. If you have a pet in the Unit, Airbnb will be notified and you will be charged $1,000 for violating the rule.
KEYS
You will be in possession of 2 keys to the unit. If a key is missing upon departure, Airbnb will be notified to charge you $30 for a replacement key.
Renter and all renter's guests assume all risk and responsibilities. Guests are liable for their own actions and for those of anyone they invite into the property. Guests hold owner, property manager harmless from any liability.
CHECK IN
There is no check-in office. I live in Steamboat and am always here to help in the event of a problem, question or concern. On your arrival day, you will go directly to your rental unit and let yourself in. Additional keys will be on the kitchen counter for you.
Early check-in and Late check-out are possible with prior arrangements only. You may check with us 24-48 hours prior to arriving or departing.
Free parking available in front of the building in a designated spot for ONE vehicle. There is parking for a second vehicle in the unmarked spots on the opposite end of the building but these are first come, first serve.
Guest will abide by all HOA rules and regulations. If we are notified by the HOA that you have violated an HOA rule, we will call you. If we are notified a 2nd time during the same stay of an HOA violation, you will be evicted from the unit and forfeit all monies paid.
Guests shall leave the condo in the same condition and position as when they arrive, normal use and wear excepted. If furniture was moved, please move it back to the original location. Additional charges will occur for any piece of furniture that is not in its original location upon departure. You are 100% responsible for any breakage, spills, damage, missing items or excessive cleaning.
DEPARTURE:
On departure day, you are required to strip sheets & towels that were used. Dirty sheets on the floor of each bedroom and dirty towels on the floor in each bathroom. Used robes on the floor in either the bedroom or the bathroom. Blankets, duvets, quilts are to be folded up and placed on beds. The dishwasher needs to be put on but not over packed. Any extra dishes that don’t fit in the dishwasher should be left in the sink or washed. All trash needs to be removed from the unit. All windows need to be closed. All lights and TVs need to be turned off.
Nikki is the last person to see the property before you arrive & the first person in the unit after you depart.
Guests are responsible for additional housekeeping charges if the unit is left in a state of abnormal or excessive disorder.
