Relax in the comfort of your accommodation featuring a king size bed, sofa bed and well-appointed bathrooms. Enjoy the convenience of the partial kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and many other modern appliances. Additional in-room amenities include cable television, DVD player and air conditioning.

- All Guest Suites are Non-Smoking
- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- All reservations that have an alternate guest checking in should make prior arrangements with the resort.
- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.

Smoking in a room will result in a penalty fee as determined by resort management. Designated smoking areas include the BBQ area, main entrance island and the Northwest parking lot corner with receptacles provided. According to Arizona State Law, smoking is only permitted a minimum of 20 feet away from doors and windows. Smoking on balconies is not permitted.

Varsity Clubs of America-Tucson offers a daily towel exchange and trash removal upon request. A mid week clean is provided for guests staying three or more nights.

Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.

TAXES AND FEES:

Hotel Guests: At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made, credit card for$200 USD security deposit and a nightly rate of $14.95plus tax resort fee* will be requiredat check in.The deposit must be made on a major credit card - cash and pre-paid debit cards are not accepted.

*Resort Fee includes WiFi, fitness center, billiards, putting green, game room, DVD rentals, 24 hour Lobby coffee, tea and cocoa, garden gas grills, business center computer/Internet and boarding pass printing.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented enhanced cleaning and safety measures. We clean our properties thoroughly with disinfectant while also practicing low-contact protocols.

Masks are recommended unless fully vaccinated or otherwise stated by government mandate.

Our Giant Chess set is currently OOS due to ceiling repairs and we have an upgrade to the Guest Wireless that is currently underway, completion date TBA.
