Entering the house on the lower level you are welcomed into an airy, spacious open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen. The lounge houses the TV with stunning views onto the lagoon and ocean at Grotto Beach. Sliding doors open onto a downstairs patio and lush green garden perfect for very hot days .

Bedrooms 2 & 3, also downstairs, both en suite with sliding doors onto patio and garden.
Bedroom 2: Double bed ( perfect for 1 or2 adults)
Bedroom 3: 2 x Single beds (can be converted into a King for adults)

Kitchen and Scullery: Well equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, Nespresso, glass ware, plates, cutlery. Everything you will need to cook hearty family meals to be enjoyed around the dinner table or on the patio.

Upper Level: Main Bedroom, Second Lounge, Kitchenette, Second Dining room and Patio with gas braai

A 17 Step staircase leads you to the upper level where panoramic mountain and sea views welcome you to an airy open plan lounge/dining/patio area with a fully equipped kitchenette.

Main Bedroom: This air-conditioned en suite bedroom steals your heart the minute you set foot in it, surrounding you with 180' panoramic ocean and mountain views. You can spot whales lying in the king size bed enjoying quality linen. The spacious en suite bathroom with bath and double shower adds to an exhilarating feeling of comfort and luxury.

Patio Lounge & Dining: By far the most favourite spot in the house where guests spend most of their time overlooking the beach and surf, enjoying wine, BBQ, sunsets, whale watching or kite surfers while breathing the ocean. The patio is complimented with a dining and lounge area with a well equipped kitchenette and gas braai for convenience.

Hermanus has been identified as one of the worlds' best whale watching spots ever. Apart from that the area offers spectacular mountain and sea views perfect for nature lovers, hiking, strolling along the cliff path or mountain biking. Art, good food and wine form an integral part of the towns' character. The Blue Flag Grotto Beach which is a mere stroll from the house is well known for its massive stretch of sandy beach and ocean. The neighbourhood is enjoyed by locals and tourists alike and boasts with beautiful mountainous views in the background, stretched out beaches ideal for swimming, tanning and leisurely walks. Come enjoy spotting whales during whale season while enjoying spectacular views, good food, wine and friendly people.
