The housing complex is unique mainly because of its terrific location. It is the only residential complex located within the heart of the City of Matola.

Once a 21st century gypsy, now settled in Mozambique, 3 kids, a wife, a few houses and 8 years later, not quite Mozambican but know enough to pass on useful tips and customs to help you feel immersed in the local atmosphere...

We built a 10 house residential complex in the heart of Matola City, which has been in operation since 2015.

Our base rate (daily or long-term) is for Self-Catering accommodation, however we do offer a full continental 'african' breakfast buffet, served in our restaurant. Also available, is a menu which features fresh seafood and fish which is flown-in from Northern Mozambique's Cabo Delgado province. Lunch and dinner from our menu are available on-demand.

Our residential complex is located in the heart of the City of Matola. A 2 minute walk to the local park, with it's cinema, restaurants, gym and shopping center.

The complex is well guarded, with 24-hour security, electrified fencing, this is an aspect our guests appreciate greatly. No need to take your car to buy your bread, butter and milk, pop out to get your take-away or newspaper in a jiffy!
