As of Jan 1, 2022 there will be an additional 4 % mandatory Accommodation tax added - Regulation 435/17 South Bruce Peninsula which will be billed as a final charge.

Super clean with enhanced cleaning due to COVID-19. Cute freshly painted 2 bedroom bungalow cottage with lots of parking and private large lot. Large backyard with fire pit. Full kitchen, and gas bbq. Central air conditioning. Each bedroom has its own deck. Set back from the street in a private, comfortable setting. It's a short walk (10mins) to the beach with restaurants and shopping nearby. Or visit the grocery and LCBO and settle in. Golf course, cross country skiing, snowmobile trails close by.

The maximum number of guests on the property cannot exceed 4 at any time under Regulation 435/17 South Bruce Peninsula otherwise guests may be fined.

Please bring your own sheets and pillowcases (double and queen) and towels.
Blankets and pillows are provided.

Quiet neighbourhood. Cottage is nestled in amongst tall trees. Green space and trails closeby. Short walk to the beach. Sand toys, beach umbrella and wagon provided. Child's kayak available - use at own risk.
Close to grocery store, LCBO, restaurants and shops. Great location!
