Location , location, that is what this house has. Chulamar, 2 hours drive from Guatemala. This house is right on the beach , in front of the Ocean . IT MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE you can ride sand bikes see sunrise or sunsets go many times to the ocean ! It is on a property that has 3 houses . This one is in the in front with full ocean views and lots of breeze !
Each house is completely independent , has its own PRIVATE swimming pool, parking space . Clean private beach with security 24/7 !

Chulamar es la colonia mas antigua y esclusiva de Guatemala, por lo que es la mejor area de todo el Pacifico. Talvez no tenga un ingreso espectacular porque no buscan impresionar. Queda a 10 min de el Puerto de San Jose , que es el pueblo mas grande de el Pacifico.

There is 24 hour woman property guardian that lives on the property she will come in , and throw your garbage. If you want maid service there is a lady she charges $13 for 8 hours of work .Washing of your cloths is available with a Q40 ($5) extra for each wash , so if it is color or whites that counts as 2 washes.. Aracely will wash your cloths and bring them back dry .
Aracely is 100% trustworthy, she has been with my family for more than 25 years.
Carmen and Hilda the 2 ladys that clean the inside of the house are also trustworthy but if you want and I recomend , there is a safedeposit in each house.
Tips are recommended if they helped you more than what is included and specially when you leave so they can leave the place exactly as you find it.
