Our townhouse is conveniently located in walking distance ( 950 m) from one of the most peaceful beaches of Phuket - Kamala. Surroundings include everything you might need during your holidays or business trip: Thai & European food, convenience stores, bars, motorbike and car rental agencies, laundry, massage shops, souvenir and fruit markets, all within walking distance from the gate!

Our townhouse is well designed to become your holiday home in Phuket. The 2 level townhouse with a well-maintained private rooftop is really suitable for big families with kids or can easily become a great place to spend a vacation for 2 couples! You’ll find all the amenities you may need during your vacation:

- Dedicated high speed internet free of charge;
- Fully equipped kitchen with all the kitchenware you may need during your stay;
- High quality electric appliances in great variety: washing machine, vacuum cleaner, 2 safe boxes, microwave, coffee machine, blender, kettle, toaster, iron, stove, hair dryer, ceiling and stand fans, barbecue set etc.
- LED TV-set with cable TV channels and HDMI cable to connect your laptop;
- Private big terrace on the rooftop with outside furniture to enjoy the views and sunbeds to take sunbath;
- 2 Separate bedrooms with private bathrooms and balconies on the second floor;
- Pull-out sofa bed, becomes double size bed; additional set of bedding for sofa bed can be provided free of charge if you request at least 2 days before check in (please see House Rules);
- Set of towels for every guest, containing bath, face, and beach towels.
- Weekly bedding and towels replacement free of charge, please see details in the House Rules.
- Electricity and water is provided free of charge (please see House Rules for further details).
- Baby cot (0-2 y.o.) and high chair can be provided by request (free of charge if requested at least 2 days before check in);

We settled down in Thailand back in 2010. As we have 2 sons, Phuket with its highly developed residential infrastructure, turned to be a perfect place for them to get the initial international education and happy colorful childhood. We truly love Phuket, Thailand, Thai people and their culture ,and of course Thai cuisine. It's a great place for people like us, who love travelling and exploring the world. We take our hosting business seriously. As we manage not only our apartment, but also some, that belong to our friends, who cannot afford staying in Thailand all the time. That's why we are always eager to go the extra mile to make sure our guests are not only satisfied, but happy with our service. Both me and my husband work in construction / real-estate field. That's why we know the island inside out and are always eager to share our knowledge with our guests. Whether it's a local seafood market, an inexpensive shopping center or a mobile phone repair shop - we are always happy to share our knowledge and send the location if needed. We are quite easy going, or at least we seem to be easy going to ourselves :D . And we are always online and responsive, so if you need our help or advice just drop us a message via any popular mobile live chat, as we use most of them, either in English, Thai or Russian as we speak all three languages fluently.
