This is a renovated 1 bedroom that share a kitchen, bathroom and an in-suite washer with another bedroom. The location is awesome - near to campuses of SFU and KPU, Central City Mall, Central City skytrain station and bus terminus, TnT supermarket, Walmart, and many other shops and dining places. You can either walk about 12 min to reach Central City Mall or walk about 1 min to the nearest bus stop for bus to the Mall.

The house is located right in the heart of Surrey Central City area. It is a fast developing and exciting area. The Surrey City Hall, City Library, Holland Park and other civic areas are located within 2 km from the house. There are 2 major university campus, SFU and Kwantlen in Central City area. Shopping and dining is easy : all major stores, supermarkets, shops, banks and dining within 15 min walking distance from the house.

In all my travels throughout Asia, Europe and North America, Greater Vancouver is the most naturally stunning city I have ever laid eyes on. I just loved the balance it achieved between preserving Nature and City Building.

In fact, where I live now, 25% of the land is designated as parks or open spaces. It is a great place to live, study, work and play. There is nothing like living in a vibrant and sustainable community.
